My wife and I lived in beautiful Santaluz for many years and we would always see Shaun around the Village Green, we would also get the mailers he would send out occasionally so we knew he was a real estate agent. On one of these occasions my wife decided to keep Shaun’s mailer and said one day we might need Shaun. Who better to sell our house than someone that lives here and understands the Santaluz lifestyle.

A few years ago we moved to Los Angeles and were undecided about selling our house in Santaluz. One day, I told my wife it’s time to sell and before I could even finish my sentence she went to our office and pulled out Shaun’s mailer and said I have a good feeling about him, call him.
